Jessica Menser
I will bring modern, efficient, and transparent leadership to Ruston’s City Council. With a background in technology, law, and property management, I know how to solve problems and manage resources wisely.
I am committed to:
Preserving our town’s charm and open spaces
Supporting public safety with the right tools and funding
Connecting the community through events and outreach
Making city services accessible with a modern, mobile-friendly website
I believe government should be run responsibly— with every dollar working hard for its residents.
For practical leadership focused on results, not politics, vote for Jessica Menser for Ruston City Council.
About Me
For nearly a decade, my family and I have proudly called the Pacific Northwest our home. As a legal professional in the tech industry, I specialize in driving efficiency and simplifying complex systems to deliver real, measurable results.
I’m a strong advocate for applying Lean Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and reduce waste—because I believe government, like any well-run organization, should work smarter, not harder.
My background also includes years in property management and active service in a homeowners’ association board, where I’ve held a range of leadership roles. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how strong, responsive local governance can positively impact daily life.
If elected, I would bring a unique blend of professional expertise, hands-on leadership, and a genuine passion for making our city an even better place to live.
